Domain source checks

Checked 2026-09-25 through web retrieval. This is an evidence-depth ledger, not a claim that every cited paper was fully reanalyzed. All mathematical examples and data are original synthetic constructions; no source data were copied.

Source Inspection Claim supported Limits
Cahillane et al., Calibration Uncertainty for Advanced LIGO’s First and Second Observing Runs, arXiv:1708.03023v3 Abstract, authors, version history and journal identifier retrieved Calibration uncertainty matters for astrophysical inference Full derivations and data were not reviewed; our scalar variance model is independent
Baggerly–Coombes primary supplement Entire short supplement index retrieved Source/intermediate artifacts and separate corrections are established practice Supplement code and datasets were not downloaded or rerun
AEA RCT Registry guidelines Registration, eligibility, version-edit and review-criteria sections retrieved Registry review is not quality/ethics certification; social-science RCT scope Current submission terms must be rechecked before any actual registration; no trial submitted
Deaton–Cartwright, NBER w22595 Search returned primary-source abstract and bibliographic metadata; direct open returned 403 Trial-to-other-population extrapolation requires justification No claim of full-text review; fixture transport identity derived independently
U.S. Courts Federal Rules of Evidence overview Official page retrieved including scope statement; Forms and Rules overview separately retrieved to retain federal jurisdiction Evidence admission/exclusion in covered federal proceedings is an institutional function No live-case applicability assessment; no claim that MCRP satisfies the Rules
U.S. Copyright Office Title 17, Chapter 5, §512(g) Statutory text, including (g)(2) and (g)(3), retrieved Conditional counter-notice forwarding, replacement window and identifying-information requirements Not a complete account of eligibility, case law, other duties or other jurisdictions; no real notices processed

Attempts to retrieve the House’s §512 page and Rule 702 page returned timeout/403. The Copyright Office supplied the statutory text actually used. A separately retrieved U.S. Courts 224-page rules-package PDF contained proposed amendment materials; it was not treated as a current rules compilation and is not cited for current Rule 702 wording. This distinction avoids mistaking a proposal packet for an enacted rule.
